To get motivated in our daily life, we do need to deal with our fear because fear is the worst thing that lose our motivation. Therefore, we'd better start by naming our fears instead of doing nothing benefits so that they’re out in  open as well.

And also, we must set the specific goal because not only goals are a great way to hold ourselves accountable, even if we fail but also setting goal contributes to self-improvement, the best thing to accomplish our goal too.

If we choose to simply wander through life, without a goal or a plan, that's certainly our choice. A vision and goal without planning are just a wish.
